Sound Healing

Crystal singing bowls are used with yoga, sound healing, and throughout some of my bodywork sessions

Running the mallet around the bowl with slight pressure will create the tone. When this happens, the bowl is said to sing, hence its name. They create a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind and soul.

Each bowls note that it creates coordinates to a chakra or energy center in the body. The sound the bowl produces helps to clear the chakra.

My Sound Healing is also available to yoga teachers who would like us to play the bowels thru their practice or in shavasana. The sounds create a deeper, more healing yoga experience. Contact for more details.
