Terms and Conditions

• All purchases are non-refundable. Your class pass may not be shared. 

   

• Class passes expire one year after purchase. 

   

• Please use the online app Vagaro or connect with your teacher so that your instructor can sign you in to a class. We offer walk in service to classes but class space is limited. 

   

• Schedules are subject to change. Please look at the online app Vagaro or our Facebook page for cancellations. Our goal is to be on time all the time for you—but life happens. 

   

• Sacred Space is not responsible for items left inside our studio or outside in the parking lot. Please consider locking your doors to your vehicle. 

• Our studio doors are locked at soon as class begins. For safety reasons no late entry is accepted. Leaving class early is discouraged—but if you must do so let your teacher know at the beginning of the practice so they may lock you out. Please be mindful and do this before savasana. 

   

• We reserve the right to refuse entry to our studio. 

   

• All purchases are final. Credit will be given if class or workshop is canceled. 

   

• We currently only accept check or cash for class passes or drop-ins. We will make the announcement once we can accept cards for purchases. 

   

• By attending our classes, you agree that neither you or any legal representatives will sue or make any claims whatsoever against the owner and instructors of Sacred Space. This includes but not limited to injury, property loss, damage etc.

• It is the student’s responsibility to notify instructor of injury, illness or any issue that may impact the practice.
